"Excellent location, friendly and helpful hosts." - Anonymous | Off Peak Periods - A deposit of 1 nights accommodation is required on booking. If booking is cancelled within the time period greater than 1 calendar month from arrival date full refund less booking fee. If cancelled within 1 month of arrival date, but greater than 2 weeks from arrival date, 50% of the deposit will be refunded. If cancelled within 2 weeks of arrival date no refund will be given.
Peak/Holiday Periods - A deposit of up to 0 will be taken at time of booking. If booking is cancelled within the time period greater than 1 calendar month from arrival date full refund less booking fee of will apply. If cancelled within 1 month of arrival date no refunds will apply.
Early Departures - Should you decide to depart prior to your final booking date, refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances, and then only if we are able to re-sell the apartment for the unused periods.
Management will consider holding deposits and applying against a future booking date if requested, however, should the subsequent booking also be cancelled there will be no further refunds considered.
No refunds will be given due to bad weather.
